At HFA, we know you are the expert of your child, and we provide tools to help support you through your parenting journey. Our services extend from pregnancy to 3 years of age. Upon enrollment, families must be pregnant or have a child younger than 3 months of age.
Learn with our friendly home visitors about: Developmental milestones, Bonding with your child, Baby cues, Safety, Nutrition… and the topics that most interest you with your new baby or pregnancy!
