 CHILD PROTECTION SPECIALIST:

Come join our Investigative Team/Family Preservation Unit in Child Protection Services!  The ideal candidate will have high levels of compassion, empathy, and integrity, as well as a passion for working with and supporting families who are in crisis, with a desire for preserving the family structure.  Candidates will thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing work environment and will hone their investigative skills and forensic interviews.  The position of Investigator will work closely with local and county law enforcement agencies, schools, hospitals and other community agencies.  The Family Preservation Worker will engage with families to develop their strengths to allow children to remain in or return to the family home.  At Human Services of Faribault & Martin Counties, we strive to provide the best quality services for all of the families with whom we work.  We currently have positions in our Faribault County Human Services Center (Blue Earth, MN). 

Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in social work, psychology, sociology or closely related field. OR A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in any field and one year of experience as a social worker in a public or private social services agency. Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly valued.

CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH CASE MANAGER  

Join our Children’s Mental Health team and make a difference in the lives of the children and families we serve!  This is a mental health case management position that includes assessing children and families for needs, developing plans to meet those needs, and coordinating services and supports to meet needs and address concerns.  This position will work closely with mental health providers, schools, and wraparound and community service providers.  At HSFMC, we use a strengths-based approach to build up the children and families with whom we work.  The ideal candidate will have high levels of compassion, empathy, and integrity, as well as a passion for working with and supporting children who are struggling.  We oftentimes have an opportunity to provide a sense of hope for children and families who feel they don’t know where else to turn and ensuring they know they are not alone.  This position will be based out of our Fairmont, MN office, but will serve clients throughout both Faribault and Martin Counties.  

Entry Salary 2022 is $23.82/hour with Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. office hours.  Telework opportunities once training is complete.

DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES CASE MANAGER:

Join our team of Case Managers dedicated to providing services to youth and adults identified with developmental disabilities.  The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a passion for working with clients and their families to ensure they have the services to support and enrich their lives.  The case manager will work closely with providers and community agencies to develop or enhance services specific to client needs and wishes.  At Human Services of Faribault & Martin Counties, we strive to provide the best quality services for all of those with whom we work.  We currently have two position vacancies in our Faribault County Human Services Center (Blue Earth, MN) and our Martin County Center (Fairmont, MN).

 ELIGIBILITY WORKER

Work with a great team assisting families to maintain medical and financial stability.  Position involves interviewing clients to determine eligibility for programs, interpreting and implementing policy.  Provide case management services for clients including phone contacts and coordination of service delivery.  Work with community partners to ensure client access to community resources.

Entry Salary 2022 is $19.07/hour with Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. office hours.
